Those who work from home may already be familiar with it: connecting to the company server via VPN. But secure connections to other networks are also useful for private needs. How can you benefit from this technology? What does it require? And how does it work exactly?

At the second event of the "Media Culture A-Z" series, IT security professional Hendrik Höcke will give insights into connecting across networks.

The event will take place online on Zoom. The link to the Zoom meeting will be sent automatically via email after registration.
The event will be recorded. Those who wish to remain anonymous can turn off their video and use a pseudonym when logging in.

Hendrik Höcke is IT security officer at the Innovation and Technology Center at ZHDK. He regularly gives training courses, and lectures on a wide variety of aspects of today's networked technologies.
