Workshop formats

In our DIY-workshops we build robots and experiment with electronics, we program animations that can be used later at home as screensavers, we customize our cell phones and computers in line with our personal needs and tastes, we make sure no one can spy on our email correspondence, we learn how to repair gadgets all on our own—and plenty more besides!

Our workshops for artists, i.e. for anyone who’d like to try out some creative skills, run independently of our exhibition program. Participants have a chance to talk with artists, to experiment with various artistic approaches, materials and techniques, and thus to gain some personal experience.

In the summer vacation we offer children workshops of several days duration, run in cooperation with the Basel Region’s Ferienpass (Holiday Pass) activity scheme. The workshops are a great opportunity for kids to test their skills in a relaxed atmosphere and experiment with building stuff.
