What does a vegetable Lasagne with a recipe based on public data about local agriculture? In this 2-day workshop we will be cooking food according to the current data situation. On the first day, data will be gained, followed by a cooking course with professional cook Thierry Boillat (Restaurant Stucki, Basel) on the second day.
